We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Experience Associate to join our dynamic team. We believe that exceptional client experience goes far beyond simply responding to inquiries—it is about building lasting relationships, solving complex problems, communicating effectively, and ensuring our clients enjoy a frictionless journey throughout their logistics operations.
What You Will Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with businesses utilizing our ecosystem.
- Manage client feedback, complaints, and escalations swiftly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and proactive follow-up.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Client Experience, Client Relationship Management, or a related role.
- Prior experience in the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or technology industry is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a meticulous approach to follow-ups.
- The capability to manage high-pressure situations and client escalations with poise.
- Fluency in Hausa is strictly required for this role.
- A resilient mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
