As a Commercial Auto Excess Casualty Specialist, you will handle high severity claims that push past primary policy limits. You will use our modern platform and AI tools to cut down on admin work so you can spend your energy on strategic negotiations, investigation, and liability analysis. Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of high severity commercial auto liability claims with potential excess exposure.
Drive timely investigations, evaluate coverage, and set accurate reserves.
Partner with defense counsel and stakeholders to steer litigation toward favorable resolutions.
Leverage advanced automation tools to streamline routine tasks and gather structured data.
Maintain clear communication with insureds, brokers, and excess carriers throughout the lifecycle of the claim.

Requirements

Extensive experience handling commercial auto excess casualty claims.
Strong knowledge of legal principles, coverage analysis, and litigation management.
Comfort working in a fast paced tech enabled environment.
Exceptional critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
