About the Role

The Analyst, Channels & Integration plays a critical role in the heartbeat of our digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, availability, and high-level performance of our enterprise applications and digital banking platforms, including Mobile Banking, USSD, Internet Banking, POS, ATM, and our Core Banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert day-to-day support for digital banking and enterprise applications.
Monitor system performance and maintain rigorous stability across all digital channels.
Manage end-to-end incident lifecycles, change management, and release activities.
Engage in proactive troubleshooting and system performance optimization to prevent downtime.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, business units, and external technology vendors.
Drive innovation through support for automation and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and perform root cause analysis for operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
3–7 years of robust experience in application support, digital banking channels, or the fintech sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Professional certifications such as ITIL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Linux/Unix Administration, or Project Management will be considered a significant advantage.
