Chilis by Ebevande, a premier 24-hour service restaurant and lounge located in Ibadan, Oyo, is currently seeking a diligent and vigilant CCTV Personnel to join our operations team. Role Overview
As a CCTV Personnel, you will serve as the eyes of our facility. Your primary responsibility is to maintain comprehensive surveillance to prevent incidents and ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed at all times. This is a critical role that requires high levels of concentration, integrity, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring: Continuously observe CCTV feeds to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Incident Response: Act promptly and decisively during incidents of theft or violence, escalating matters to management and law enforcement when necessary.
- Surveillance: Maintain focused observation on high-risk zones, including entrances, exits, and cash management areas.
- Crime Prevention: Act as a deterrent to potential illicit activity within the restaurant premises.
- Investigation Support: Provide essential documentation and video footage to assist in internal or external investigations.
- Maintenance & Quality Control: Perform routine checks on surveillance equipment to ensure all hardware and software are functioning optimally.
- Compliance & Reporting: Document all incidents in detailed reports and ensure that all surveillance activities comply with relevant privacy laws.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualifications.
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in a security or surveillance role.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Bodija, Ibadan.
- Must be available to resume work immediately.
