The Vital Role of a CCTV Operator at Artee Group

As a CCTV Operator, you will be at the forefront of our security operations, playing a crucial role in preventative measures and rapid response. Your responsibilities will include:

Continuous Surveillance: Diligently monitoring multiple CCTV cameras and video feeds in real-time to detect and assess any unauthorized activities, intrusions, or safety concerns.
Incident Response: Maintaining acute situational awareness and responding promptly to potential security breaches by notifying appropriate personnel, including security officers, law enforcement, or emergency services, following established protocols.
Detailed Documentation: Recording and meticulously documenting all observed incidents, activities, and actions taken during your shift, ensuring accurate and detailed logs for reference and reporting. This includes reviewing overnight footage and reporting findings immediately.
Effective Communication: Communicating clearly and concisely with store management, security personnel, and other team members using various communication devices to provide updates on ongoing incidents.
Equipment Management: Ensuring the proper functioning of all CCTV equipment, reporting any technical issues or malfunctions to the relevant departments for timely resolution, and maintaining a log of all technical faults.
