Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Cashier, you are the face of our brand. Your daily contributions will ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Operational Excellence: Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring the cash register is fully functional, and verifying that till rolls and supplies are sufficient.
- Transaction Accuracy: Processing customer purchases with precision, ensuring all items are scanned correctly and that promotions are applied.
- Cash Management: Managing your daily cash float, ensuring secure handling of funds, and adhering to strict end-of-day deposit procedures.
- Customer Relations: Delivering top-tier customer service with a positive attitude and a smile. You will also serve as a vital link, gathering customer feedback and communicating it to the management team.
- Merchandising: Ensuring the checkout area is well-merchandised and properly ticketed.
