About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will be responsible for independently managing business analysis activities, engaging directly with stakeholders, and overseeing the full lifecycle of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interactive requirement gathering sessions and workshops with diverse stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, process models, and data maps.
Perform rigorous gap and impact analysis to ensure seamless system enhancements.
Facilitate solution walkthroughs and ensure full traceability of requirements through to the testing phase.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and results validation.
Identify project risks and dependencies, proactively proposing improvements to existing business processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience in structured project environments, ideally within FSI, Telecoms, or enterprise settings.
Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related qualifications are highly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical teams and business leadership.
