The Role

As the BPO Operation Manager, you will serve as a linchpin in our organization, ensuring the seamless execution of workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and core operational processes. You will be tasked with the direct supervision of Legal Assistants, Intake Coordinators, and various support professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance. Your ability to align daily office operations with our broader strategic initiatives will be instrumental in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Directing the smooth execution of organizational workflows, SOPs, and operational processes.
Providing hands-on leadership and supervision to Legal Assistants, Intake Coordinators, and Specialists.
Strategically aligning office operations with company-wide goals and long-term initiatives.
Driving process improvement and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: A minimum of five years of proven experience in leadership, operations management, or team management.
Sector Expertise: Demonstrated background in managing teams within BPO, legal services, professional services, or consulting environments.
Administration: Practical experience in overseeing HR and administrative functions.
Operational Excellence: A strong track record of implementing operational processes, SOPs, and performance management frameworks.
