Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vehicle reservation requests across multiple channels including phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
• Provide comprehensive information regarding fleet availability, pricing, and rental terms.
• Coordinate closely with the Fleet Operations team to guarantee vehicle readiness and cleanliness.
• Prepare all necessary rental agreements and documentation while maintaining precise records.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure payment and deposit verification prior to vehicle release.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell services, such as insurance upgrades and chauffeur options.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a relevant field.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in reservations, logistics, travel, hospitality, or the car rental industry.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with fleet management software is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings with precision and professionalism.
