About the Role

As a Bids/Tender Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth by managing the entire lifecycle of tender submissions. You will be responsible for ensuring that all bids are compliant, commercially sound, and delivered within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze tender and proposal requirements.
Manage bid conditions and coordinate the overall tender preparation process.
Contribute to cost and price calculations to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
Monitor bid alignment with company requirements and escalate potential issues to Senior Management.
Coordinate vendor registration processes in collaboration with Business Development Managers.
Support the Project Management function and facilitate post-bid reviews with clients.
Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports on bids and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to Executive Management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience within the ICT sector, specifically in winning contracts and managing bids.
Certification: Qualification in project management; PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are considered a significant advantage.
Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to meet strict deadlines, and a strong commercial mindset.
