As a critical link between development and our end-users, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every feature, fix, and release meets our high-quality standards. What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end quality of our products, from initial requirements review to final deployment. Your core responsibilities include:

Test Planning & Execution: Designing comprehensive test plans and executing various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs via Jira, ensuring clear communication with the engineering team to facilitate rapid resolution.
API Testing: Utilizing tools like Postman to verify data integrity and system integrations.
Process Improvement: Maintaining documentation and contributing to the evolution of our QA standards and automation frameworks.
Release Reliability: Ensuring the stability of web, mobile, and API layers through consistent smoke testing and quality metrics analysis.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative, multicultural setting. The ideal candidate possesses:

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
Hands-on experience with bug-tracking tools (Jira) and API testing tools (Postman).
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and basic knowledge of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
A high degree of autonomy, accountability, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for various stakeholders.

Bonus points for experience in fintech or energy tech, knowledge of Python/JavaScript, mobile testing experience, or an ISTQB certification.
