About the Role

The Assistant Outlet Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between top management and frontline staff. In this position, you will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining staff discipline, and driving sales. You will act as the leader on the floor, upholding the company’s culture, standards, and operational policies across both front-end customer service and back-end kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Outlet Manager, your primary duties will include:

• Operational Support & Leadership: Reporting directly to the Outlet Manager and fully managing the outlet’s operations in their absence.
• Service Delivery: Ensuring excellent, timely, and customer-focused service delivery across all shifts.
• Staff Supervision & Discipline: Guiding frontline staff, enforcing shift schedules, maintaining discipline, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Sales & Performance Management: Actively working to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Monitoring stock levels, managing wastage, and overseeing accurate inventory reporting.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforcing strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Training & Quality Control: Mentoring staff members to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven supervisory experience within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality environment.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and inventory management.
