Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Logistics Manager with daily record keeping and inventory management.
- Conduct proactive delivery follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external delivery partners to optimize dispatch routes and schedules.
- Maintain accurate digital logs of all shipments, deliveries, and logistical metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be computer literate with a strong working knowledge of digital productivity tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
- Demonstrated agility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must reside within the Iyana Ipaja axis of Lagos to ensure seamless commuting and operational readiness.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
