Key Responsibilities

As an Air Ticketing Officer at Marilla Travels, your primary responsibilities will include:

Handling flight reservations, ticketing, re-issuance, and cancellations for domestic and international travel.
Advising clients on travel itineraries, flight options, fare rules, and visa requirements.
Utilizing global distribution systems (GDS) to secure the best rates and routes for clients.
Collaborating with the customer service and sales teams to provide comprehensive travel solutions.
Ensuring all booking processes align with IATA standards and agency guidelines.

Position Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven track record in a similar Air Ticketing role within the travel industry.
Education: Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any related field.
Technical Skills: Must be highly tech-savvy and proficient in modern ticketing systems and GDS platforms.
Location: Must reside on Lagos Island or within close, easily accessible proximity to Lekki.
