As a global network of 48 independent, locally-led organizations, we are committed to developing collective leadership in classrooms and communities worldwide. The Opportunity
As our AI Specialist, you will sit at the center of our global AI learning agenda. You will report directly to the Director of the Global Institute, working in close collaboration with Chief Learning Officers and the Outreach and Engagement team to facilitate the responsible and effective integration of AI into educational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management (45%): Lead the AI AAA Series and foster high-impact partnerships with industry leaders like Google and Anthropic to support educator growth.
- Community Facilitation (35%): Scale our digital community across platforms like WhatsApp, identify emerging teacher-leaders, and cultivate a culture of peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
- AI Innovation (15%): Pilot cutting-edge tools to streamline resource sharing and translation, ensuring that our educators have access to the latest breakthroughs.
- Operations & Content (5%): Monitor community health metrics and amplify "bright spot" success stories through engaging, mobile-first multimedia content.
Who You Are
We are looking for a community builder, a program strategist, and a tech-savvy educator at heart. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong experience in managing high-engagement digital communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord).
- A deep, hands-on understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and practical prompt engineering.
- A proven ability to build partnerships, particularly within the technology sector.
- Excellent content creation skills, with proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A commitment to cross-cultural collaboration and educational equity.
- Note: Spanish fluency or working proficiency is considered a significant plus.
