We are currently looking for a visionary and experienced AI Software Developer to join our fast-moving startup team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating ambitious product ideas into reliable, production-grade systems that leverage the latest advancements in artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale production-grade AI agent systems and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Architect robust backend systems utilizing Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
- Implement complex asynchronous workflows, event-driven architectures, queues, and state machines.
- Integrate third-party APIs seamlessly, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Slack.
- Manage data storage and retrieval using PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases.
- Maintain high engineering standards through comprehensive testing, observability, and debugging practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong background in system architecture and backend design.
- Demonstrated experience building production-grade AI agent systems or LLM applications.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
- Familiarity with async workflows, event-driven architectures, queues, and state machines.
- Solid experience with API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Slack, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases.
- Commitment to strong testing, observability, and debugging practices.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Proven ability to translate product ideas into reliable production systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration.
- Knowledge of memory architectures, RAG, MCP, and tool calling.
- Experience utilizing workflow engines such as Temporal, LangGraph, or Airflow.
- Background in designing long-running autonomous systems.
