Key Responsibilities

Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for high-impact real-world applications.
Implement advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions, including Zero-Shot and Few-Shot classification algorithms.
Apply text-based processing techniques using TF-IDF, Word2Vec, and BERT.
Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models such as OpenAI and LLaMA tailored to specific business use cases.
Work extensively with classic ML algorithms including Linear Regression, Decision Trees, KNN, SVM, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, and Bayesian models.
Build and manage robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Flask and FastAPI.
Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Manage end-to-end data pipelines, seamlessly integrating structured and unstructured data from MongoDB and MySQL.
Maintain high code quality utilizing Git and Bitbucket for version control and collaborative coding.
Support agile project management workflows using JIRA and Asana.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
3+ years of professional programming experience in Python with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Statistics with strong knowledge of at least 6 core algorithms.
3+ years of specialized experience in NLP, covering Zero-Shot/Few-Shot classification, TF-IDF, Word2Vec, and BERT.
3+ years of experience working with Generative AI models like OpenAI and LLaMA.
3+ years of database management experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
3+ years of proficiency using Git and Bitbucket for version control.
3+ years of backend experience developing microservices using Flask and FastAPI.
3+ years of experience using agile project management tools such as JIRA and Asana.
1+ years of dedicated experience building high-performing REST APIs.
