The Role

As an After-Sales Service Specialist, you will be the bridge between our customers and our technical team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every customer who chooses New Age products enjoys a seamless experience long after their purchase. You will handle warranty claims, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure that our commitment to quality is upheld in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Technical Resolution: Troubleshoot product-related issues and manage replacement or repair options efficiently.
Operational Excellence: Manage returns, track shipments, and maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
Sales Advocacy: Leverage your deep product knowledge to provide recommendations and identify upsell opportunities.
Reporting: Analyze customer feedback and product performance to help us improve our offerings.

What We Are Looking For

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the mobile accessories sector.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, sharp analytical problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technological Aptitude: A keen interest in mobile technology and a willingness to stay updated on product specifications.
