The Role
As an After-Sales Service Specialist, you will be the bridge between our customers and our technical team. You will handle warranty claims, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure that our commitment to quality is upheld in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the mobile accessories sector.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, sharp analytical problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Technological Aptitude: A keen interest in mobile technology and a willingness to stay updated on product specifications.
