About the Role
ABNL Limited, a leading indigenous Oil and Gas servicing company in Nigeria, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Controls Coordinator / Administrator II to join their professional team. As a Controls Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring organizational integrity, compliance, and efficient data management. This position is ideal for a professional who excels at coordination, system administration, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Controls Integrity: Promote control awareness, manage the controls calendar, and ensure FCPA requirements are strictly followed and updated.
- Reporting and KPIs: Manage Business control KPIs, maintain irregularity logs, and coordinate internal/external reporting.
- Data & Records Management: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for records management, maintain shared drive structures, and ensure vital records are safeguarded and retained according to policy.
- Contract Administration: Act as a focal point for departmental contracts, monitor purchase order expenditures, and coordinate with procurement to ensure contract adherence.
- Systems Administration: Manage department SharePoint sites, oversee system access, and provide support for the development of internal tools and systems.
- Compliance Support: Coordinate audits, manage Delegation of Authority guides, and oversee Management and Protection of Information (MPI) reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in information management, administration, and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data validation, charting) and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a virtual, multi-cultural team environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage schedules effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access is considered a significant advantage.
