- Analyzing and identifying root causes of persistent or recurring faults within the Submarine network, terrestrial fiber routes, and facility systems that impact network performance, proposing actionable plans for resolution.
- Effectively coordinating with Landing partners and equipment vendors to address equipment issues, as well as collaborating with third-party network/facility providers regarding operational challenges on leased resources.
- Supporting all facets of the network management process, ensuring that requests, implementations, and problems are resolved efficiently without impacting global communication infrastructures.
- Coordinating performance review meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to foster transparency and continuous improvement.
- Actively participating in strategic network operations sessions across the technical group and with landing partners.
- Engaging in managing tasks assigned by the Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring full implementation and adherence to documentation standards.
- Guaranteeing that all documentation is consistently accurate and up to date.
- Demonstrating effective OPEX/CAPEX management and general cost control.
- Directing a comprehensive program for service, repair, and inventory management.

- Ability to thoroughly review engineering documents and provide expert guidance on execution as required.
- Proficiency in setting up and utilizing testing equipment (e.g., Ethernet Analyzer, OTDR/Power testing tools/instruments) and accurately analyzing results.
