Role Overview & What We Offer
As a Restaurant Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the essential skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience required to successfully manage a high-volume QSR outlet. You will learn the ropes of daily restaurant operations, team leadership, customer service excellence, inventory management, and financial accountability.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for the Restaurant Management Trainee position at Jabi, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a WAEC/GCE/NECO result with at least 5 credits, including Mathematics and English.
- Hold a B.Sc. or HND in any related field with a minimum of a Second-Class Lower division (for B.Sc.) or Lower Credit (for HND).
- Must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Open to candidates with 0 to 2 years of professional work experience.
