Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and laboratory practical sessions in Human Physiology.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects and contribute to academic publications.
- Help grade assignments, quizzes, and laboratory reports while providing constructive feedback to students.
- Provide administrative support for departmental activities and examinations.
- Pursue further postgraduate studies (Master's/Ph.D.) in Human Physiology as part of career development within the university framework.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (or equivalent) in Human Physiology or a closely related medical/science discipline from a recognized university.
- Evidence of completion or valid exemption from the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A demonstrated passion for teaching, learning, and academic research.
