What Qualifications Do You Need?
To be considered for the ELEVATE 3.0 Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of a 2nd Class Upper degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Business Management, or Finance from a recognized university.
- Willingness to relocate locally for both short-term and long-term assignments.
- 0 to 2 years of working experience.
- Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- An enthusiastic, “can-do” attitude.
- Adaptability and the ability to handle and embrace change seamlessly.
- Initiative, courage, and openness to embrace and lead organizational transformation.
- A strong drive to succeed, coupled with the ability to think creatively.
