About the Role

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our restaurant operations. This role is not just about managing day-to-day tasks; it is about championing the Yum and SITH culture, acting as a mentor, and ensuring that every customer receives the world-class service synonymous with the Pizza Hut brand. You will hold the reins for operational efficiency, team development, and financial performance, ensuring we continue to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and support to your management team and staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
Operational Excellence: Implement company policies and procedures to drive profitability, maximize sales, and ensure operational efficiency.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols to protect our employees, customers, and company assets.
Talent Development: Oversee recruitment, selection, and training programs to ensure your team is always at the top of their game.
Financial Oversight: Manage labor, food, and packaging costs against budgets to ensure the financial health of the restaurant.

Qualifications & Requirements

A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
2 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar management capacity.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to resolve conflicts.
Strong team management capabilities.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
