Key Responsibilities

Manage staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor employee performance to ensure seamless service delivery and workflow across all shifts.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, manage labor costs, control food wastage and inventory, and analyze financial performance with department heads.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen, service, and other departments to guarantee harmonious and effective daily operations.
Develop innovative strategies, coordinate promotional activities, manage corporate bookings, and oversee special events to expand the restaurant's revenue streams.

Requirements and Qualifications

HND or B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a senior management role, preferably within the fast-food, restaurant, or broader hospitality industry.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in administration, Human Resource Management, and people operations.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
