At the center of our guest experience is The Living Room, our vibrant multi-functional restaurant and bar that celebrates rich local cuisine and regional flavors. As our new F & B Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest feels right at home while maintaining sharp, seamless service across the restaurant, bar, and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct hosts, waiters, runners, and cashiers through daily service operations.
- Coordinate restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams proactively to prevent service bottlenecks.
- Welcome guests warmly and resolve any complaints swiftly through attentive follow-up.
- Coach team members, address performance gaps directly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track service standards consistently to elevate overall team outcomes and guest satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience in food and beverage floor supervision and front-of-house team leadership.
- Proven expertise in restaurant, bar, and kitchen service coordination.
- Strong background in guest complaint resolution and adherence to rigorous food safety and hygiene compliance.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) operations and accurate cash reconciliation.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and performance-tracking skills.
