What You'll Do
As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants and play a vital role in the talent acquisition lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Support the team in identifying and screening top-tier talent through various channels and databases.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines and internal trackers accurately.
- Job Descriptions: Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an outstanding and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
