We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Advisory Intern (Junior Realty Executive) to join our dynamic team. This is a premier training role designed to build your foundational expertise in real estate sales, client relations, and high-end property advisory services. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and professionally attend to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries from prospective high-net-worth clients.
- Assist senior sales advisors during exclusive property tours and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and property inquiries in our CRM.
- Support the sales team in the preparation of bespoke proposals, marketing brochures, and client correspondence.
- Represent the company with poise and professionalism at property showings and client-facing industry events.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Sales and HR teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent command of the English language, featuring clear and confident diction.
- Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills with a natural customer-first mindset.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance suited for a luxury real estate environment.
- Ability to work well under supervision while demonstrating proactive initiative.
- Prior customer service, front-desk, or sales experience will be considered a distinct advantage.
