With over 72 stores across 15 states and rapid ongoing expansion, Kilimanjaro delivers fresh, hot, and mouth-watering meals to thousands of customers daily. Behind our vibrant restaurants and exceptional customer service is a robust team, and our Human Resources department plays a pivotal role in maintaining this standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the HR team with end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Updating and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Managing physical and digital HR filing systems.
- Coordinating seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
What We Are Looking For
- Must be currently serving your NYSC year.
- Must possess a valid NIN Slip.
- Must be a resident of the Lagos mainland (including Ogudu, Ogba, Omole, Berger, Ikeja, Iyana Ipaja, and surrounding environs).
- Passionate individuals eager to build a long-term career in Human Resources.
