Role Overview: What You Will Do
As the Receptionist at Lexworld Hotels, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all our guests. You will be the welcoming face that sets the tone for a memorable stay. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries efficiently.
- Assisting with room reservations, billing, and general front office administration.
- Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and business districts in and around Aba and Osisioma.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any concerns promptly and gracefully to ensure maximum satisfaction.
