About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of luxury and comfort that define Hotel Capitol. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of daily hotel functions, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable, efficient, and of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor staff across the front desk, housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments to maintain peak performance.
- Guest Experience Management: Serve as a point of contact for guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring that all issues are resolved with professionalism and speed.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor the lifecycle of guest stays, from check-in/check-out accuracy to ensuring room readiness and strict inventory control.
- Reporting: Generate accurate daily reports concerning occupancy rates, revenue metrics, and overall operational performance.
- Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety, hygiene, and brand service standards across the entire facility.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of an HND or BSc Degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
- A valid NYSC certificate.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the hotel industry, ideally within front desk or operations departments.
- Ideal candidates should reside within close proximity to the Omole, Agege, Ogba, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Ojota, Akute, or Ketu axis.
