The Role

This is not a traditional management role; it is a critical senior operational control position. As the central control officer, you will serve as the heartbeat of the business, ensuring that departments including Procurement, Kitchen, Front-of-House (FOH), Customer Service, and Audit function as one synchronized engine. You will be responsible for protecting our sales, stock integrity, cost management, service speed, and overall customer experience while managing high-volume operations aimed at a N1 billion monthly group revenue target.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Manage 18 distinct operational units, ensuring seamless integration from procurement and batching to kitchen production and final dispatch.
Production Excellence: Maintain high-moving item availability, prevent stock-outs, and oversee rigorous yield and portioning standards.
Customer Experience: Champion the customer journey across all channels, ensuring every online order and in-person interaction meets our elite standards.
Financial & Audit Control: Maintain absolute accuracy in cashiering, POS reconciliation, and audit processes.
Strategic Resource Management: Oversee weekly rostering and daily manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours.
Reporting: Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business control reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in an operational or management capacity.
Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments and complex, multi-unit systems.
