The Lagos Food Bank Initiative is seeking a dedicated and qualified Nutrition Program Support Officer to join our mission-driven team. The Role

As our Nutrition Program Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and evaluation of our nutrition-focused interventions. You will serve as a bridge between our organization and those in need, working alongside healthcare professionals and community stakeholders to deliver life-changing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement nutrition intervention programs and activities.
Conduct professional nutrition assessments, screenings, and regular beneficiary follow-ups.
Deliver impactful nutrition education and community awareness sessions.
Collect, analyze, and report on vital program data to track outcomes.
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate closely with health facilities and partner organizations to scale our impact.
Support food distribution efforts and nutrition-sensitive projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in public health, nutrition, or community development.
Excellent report-writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in data collection tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or within a team.
A willingness to travel to project locations within Lagos as required.
