About the Role

As our Mixologist, you will take center stage in designing, crafting, and developing innovative cocktail recipes. You will oversee bar operations with a strong emphasis on meticulous ingredient research, sophisticated flavor pairings, and stunning visual presentation. We are looking for someone who views the bar as a laboratory of taste and hospitality as an art form.

Key Responsibilities

Recipe Creation: Design unique, signature craft cocktails and curate rotating seasonal drink menus that captivate our guests.
Drink Preparation: Accurately and efficiently mix, craft, and garnish both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order premium spirits and fresh produce, and implement effective strategies to minimize waste.
Staff Training: Educate bar and floor team members on new drink profiles, ingredients, and elite service standards.
Guest Relations: Engage directly with patrons, share the origins and stories behind our drinks, and provide tailored recommendations based on individual preferences.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Certifications: Formal training and recognized certifications in mixology.
Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for extended shift durations and lift heavy items such as kegs or cases of liquor safely.
Creativity: A demonstrated talent for inventing novel flavor combinations and utilizing modern presentation techniques.
Deep Knowledge: Extensive understanding of spirits, wine, flavor science, and cocktail history.
