About the Role

This internship is specifically designed for fresh graduates who have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. As a Logistics Intern, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the department. You will gain hands-on experience in coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring that our business operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement and delivery of goods to clients and various company locations.
• Monitor delivery schedules and maintain constant communication with drivers and vendors.
• Maintain precise logistics, inventory, and dispatch records.
• Support stock receiving, documentation, and the inventory reconciliation process.
• Prepare essential logistics documentation, including waybills and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to key stakeholders.
• Assist the Logistics Manager in troubleshooting issues and improving operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have completed the NYSC program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organizational ability.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
