Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes, including pre-employment screening, travel, and relocation logistics.
Assist in the planning and execution of career fairs and university engagement programs.
Manage and update requisition and advertising databases to ensure data accuracy.
Maintain comprehensive employee files and HR records to support organizational compliance.
Organize logistical arrangements for candidate assessment sessions.
Engage in continuous improvement and employee engagement initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates regarding their application status and general inquiries.
Ensure full compliance with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines.

Who Should Apply?

We are seeking high-potential candidates who meet the following criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Science, or any related Social Science field.
Experience: A recent graduate (not more than 2 years post-graduation).
Mandatory Requirement: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
