Role Overview
As a Housekeeper at Lexworld Hotels, you will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for cleanliness, luxury, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring that every corner reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock room amenities (such as toiletries, towels, and refreshments) promptly and efficiently.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items, and report them immediately to the maintenance or management team.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with courtesy, professionalism, and promptness.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring proper storage and minimal waste.
- Adhere strictly to lost-and-found protocols and maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry (preferred, though training may be provided for exceptional candidates).
- An eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift during a full shift.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.
