The Role
As a Hotel Cook, you will be responsible for bringing our menu to life. Key Responsibilities
- Culinary Excellence: Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Operations Management: Assist in menu planning, monitor food inventory levels, and effectively manage kitchen supplies to minimize waste.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, maintaining a sanitized and organized workstation at all times.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery and efficient daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a cook, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of diverse cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Comprehensive understanding of food sanitation and safety standards.
- Excellent ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing within the Ogba, Ojodu, Agege, Ojota, or Ketu axis are highly encouraged to apply.
