Key Responsibilities

Culinary Excellence: Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
Operations Management: Assist in menu planning, monitor food inventory levels, and effectively manage kitchen supplies to minimize waste.
Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, maintaining a sanitized and organized workstation at all times.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery and efficient daily operations.

Requirements

Proven professional experience as a cook, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of diverse cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Comprehensive understanding of food sanitation and safety standards.
Excellent ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Location Preference: Candidates residing within the Ogba, Ojodu, Agege, Ojota, or Ketu axis are highly encouraged to apply.
