The Program Experience

This paid internship is meticulously designed for graduates of Food Science and Technology who have successfully completed their NYSC program. You will be immersed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that balances practical, on-the-job training with foundational classroom theory. Over the course of the program, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end mass-market bread production.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science and Technology (minimum of Second Class Lower).
A genuine interest and foundational skill in baking.
Important Mobility Note: Candidates must be residents of Port Harcourt or willing to relocate to Port Harcourt for the duration of the internship, regardless of their preferred operational location (Lagos or Abuja).
