Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Collaboration: Work closely with the Chef to plan daily specials, coordinate room service, and support event or banquet catering.
Safety & Hygiene: Uphold rigorous food safety standards, ensuring that all food handling, storage, and preparation processes meet health regulations.
Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized workstation, assist with inventory management, monitor stock levels, and proactively identify when supplies need replenishing to ensure seamless operations.
Waste Management: Actively participate in minimizing food wastage to support efficient kitchen operations.
