The Role

As a Waiter at Greywood, you are the face of our dining experience. We are looking for someone who is not just a server, but a hospitality professional who understands that the difference between a good meal and a great experience lies in the details. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our restaurant operations run smoothly while delivering impeccable service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests and facilitate a seamless seating process.
Accurately manage order taking, relaying preferences to the kitchen and bar.
Deliver high-quality service by checking on guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Maintain the pristine condition of the dining area through constant clearing and resetting.
Manage financial transactions, including bill processing and payments, with accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to guarantee guest wellness.

Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without losing your composure.
Strong attention to detail, from order accuracy to personal grooming.
