Menu Planning: Collaborating with employers to develop balanced meal plans while accommodating specific dietary requirements and personal preferences.
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate shopping lists, monitoring supply levels, and ensuring that ingredients are stored correctly to prevent waste.
Hygiene and Safety: Upholding impeccable kitchen cleanliness, sanitizing equipment, and strictly adhering to food safety protocols.
Resource Optimization: Managing portion control and ensuring efficient use of all culinary resources.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of an SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification.
Professional certification in catering or culinary arts is considered a significant advantage.
