About the Role

As the COO, you will be the engine behind our operational success. You will be responsible for translating high-level business objectives into seamless, day-to-day operations. Your mandate includes refining service standards, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of high performance that resonates with our guests and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with our long-term vision and growth objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Provide decisive leadership across restaurant operations, food and beverage management, quality control, and facility maintenance.
• Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and revenue growth while maintaining world-class standards for hygiene, safety, and service.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop high-performing teams, ensuring that every member is aligned with our mission of service excellence.
• Standardization: Establish and enforce robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all outlets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• An MBA or relevant professional certifications will be considered a significant advantage.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with a proven history of senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations and scaling business performance.
• Exceptional negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills.
