Key Responsibilities

Design, prepare, and execute diverse menus featuring local and international dishes with a creative flair.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation in compliance with industry regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and food and beverage management to deliver seamless service during peak hours and special events.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff to uphold the restaurant's culinary vision.

Candidate Requirements

Proven professional experience working as a Chef or in a similar senior culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Deep knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and international culinary techniques.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence and presentation.
Relevant certifications in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
