Key Responsibilities

As a Business Administration Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining administrative efficiency and supporting day-to-day office workflows. Your duties will include:

Providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments.
Preparing professional reports, correspondence, and essential business documents.
Maintaining and organizing accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
Assisting with accurate data entry and documentation processes.
Supporting day-to-day office operations and contributing to special departmental projects.
Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure seamless business flow.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this internship, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Management, or any related discipline.
Have 0–1 year of relevant experience (current NYSC members and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
Must own a personal laptop for work-related activities.
Demonstrate strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Possess good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Exhibit excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
