Key Responsibilities
As a Business Administration Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining administrative efficiency and supporting day-to-day office workflows. Your duties will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments.
- Preparing professional reports, correspondence, and essential business documents.
- Maintaining and organizing accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Assisting with accurate data entry and documentation processes.
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and contributing to special departmental projects.
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure seamless business flow.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this internship, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Management, or any related discipline.
- Have 0–1 year of relevant experience (current NYSC members and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Must own a personal laptop for work-related activities.
- Demonstrate strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Exhibit excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
