The Role
As a Bakery Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our bakery operations. You will be responsible for balancing high-quality production with financial performance, ensuring that every product reaching our customers meets our premium standards while maintaining operational profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize daily bakery production to ensure consistent quality and output.
- Lead and mentor a team of staff to foster a high-performance environment.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages while minimizing wastage.
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to boost business profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and operational protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and regular performance reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in bakery operations, including significant time in a supervisory role.
- Prior experience in a commercial bakery environment is highly preferred.
