About the Role
As our Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the high-quality dining and event experiences our guests have come to expect. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, and your leadership will ensure our F&B operations run seamlessly. Whether overseeing daily bistro services, coordinating high-profile conferencing and events, or inspiring our front-line staff, you will be a hands-on leader in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of overall hotel or restaurant experience.
- Leadership: At least 2 years in a Hotel F&B leadership role at the Supervisor level or above.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to be deeply hands-on in a fast-paced environment is an absolute must.
- Specialized Skills: Experience in Bistro operations, Conferencing, and Events is a strong added advantage.
- Beverage Expertise: A background as a Bartender or Mixologist will be considered a significant plus.
- Local Insight: Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Project Experience: Previous pre-opening experience is an added advantage.
