Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care across the entire patient journey—from pre-operative preparation to intra-operative assistance and post-operative recovery. You will work closely with surgeons to ensure that every patient receives safe, evidence-based care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Preparation: Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for various cosmetic and aesthetic surgical procedures.
Clinical Support: Act as a key member of the surgical team, maintaining a sterile operating environment and assisting surgeons during complex procedures.
Recovery & Monitoring: Closely observe patient vital signs and recovery progress, ensuring immediate intervention when necessary.
Patient Education: Provide clear, empathetic guidance on treatment plans, recovery timelines, and essential aftercare instructions.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous patient records and strictly adhere to all infection prevention and safety protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license and hold a B.N.Sc. or equivalent qualification.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in surgical, cosmetic, or aesthetic nursing is required. Previous experience assisting with plastic surgery is highly desirable.
Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, superior communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Candidates must reside within the Lekki axis.
