We are currently seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to join our expanding team and lead our pharmaceutical operations with excellence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients on the safe and effective usage of over-the-counter (OTC) medications and expertly respond to symptoms and complaints.
- Provide a full complement of pharmaceutical services within a vibrant community pharmacy setting, utilizing a workflow model that champions superior patient care.
- Counsel patients extensively on prescribed medications, therapeutic outcomes, and general health issues.
- Process prescriptions accurately and dispense medications with precision and care.
- Deliver accurate, unbiased drug information services to patients, fellow healthcare professionals, and the general public.
- Manage and deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care services that align with the highest professional standards.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations while actively supporting the mission, vision, and values of Prime Pharmacy.
- Coordinate, mentor, and supervise other pharmacists, interns, and support staff, including pharmacy technicians, sales assistants, and cashiers.
- Maintain meticulous records, oversee inventory, and execute essential administrative tasks.
- Provide any additional pharmaceutical and health-related services as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be a qualified and registered pharmacist with a current annual practicing license issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Demonstrated cognate years of experience, particularly in supervisory or leadership roles, will be a distinct advantage.
- Relevant postgraduate training, certifications, and professional development courses will be highly favored.
