Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental consultations and examinations.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate, personalized treatment plans.
- Perform general dental procedures within your demonstrated competence.
- Provide restorative, preventive, and emergency dental care.
- Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, alternatives, and expected outcomes to patients.
- Obtain appropriate informed consent prior to initiating treatment.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and complete clinical records.
- Provide appropriate post-treatment instructions and follow-up care.
- Recognize complex cases requiring specialist management and refer them appropriately.
- Maintain strict infection prevention and sterilization standards to ensure safety.
- Work collaboratively with dental nurses, therapists, administrative staff, and other clinicians.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled patient appointments.
- Contribute actively to a consistently excellent patient experience.
- Participate in professional oral-health education and clinic awareness activities when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hold a BDS, BChD, or equivalent recognized dental qualification.
- Possess a current registration and valid licence to practise with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program or hold a legal exemption.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding dedication and excellence. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive monthly salary of ₦450,000 - ₦500,000, complemented by an attractive 10% Procedure-Based Commission.
